Our famous raisins bread has just turned 106 years old this month. The original recipe was introduced by a Spanish chef 106 years ago to Asia and the same old recipe remains unchanged till today. We introduced this unique product in our bakeshop when we opened our door for business last September and the response from our customers has been tremendously great.
A generous amount of california black raisins, raw sugar and pinch of cinnamon powder folded in our special dough, the unique bread is best to go with a cup of strong white coffee (personal preference). The bread is about 12" long and it's just nice to serve 2 persons. If you are raisins lover, this is a MUST TRY.
