OUR ACHIEVEMENTS!!!


It has been more than 2 solid years of hard work with lots of sweat and tears but I am glad that we've pulled it through. If someone asks me how it is like to run a bakeshop, my reply would be "it's a killer" as it requires a lot of effort, commitment and endurance to run this business.

I have the opportunity to sample some wonderful cakes and pastries every time I travel and I am always looking forward to introduce these gourmet cakes and pastries to the people here in Brunei such as everybody's favourites lamington, profiteroles and healthy cheesecake etc. At Mr.Baker, every new product has to pass through several stages before it is ready for display and sale. This is part of our quality control procedures to ensure the quality of our products is not compromised.

We believe in healthy business competition as it only makes us strive for better. What makes us unique is our strict policy of providing healthy and natural products to our customers. We are proud to announce that we are the only bakery (that we know of) in the country that doesn't use any of the dough improver on breads and loaves and strictly no stabilisers/emulsifiers on cakes. Hence, our products are very natural and healthy. The only shortcoming is the shorter expiration date and the bread easily turn stale after some times.

It has been a long journey for Mr.Baker. I sincerely want to take this opportunity to thank Jean, Abe, Leong, Melvin, Lezel, Sarah and other members of Mr.Baker for always believing in me and making Mr.Baker as one of the premium bakeshop in the country. Well done and I love you guys!!
