FROM PHILIPPINES WITH LOVE

MR BAKER'S SPECIAL MAMON
Cuttony and soft texture yellow sponge cake with butter icing and sugar toppings and generous amount of grated cheddar cheese on top. When i was in the Philippines for job interview last year, my friend bought me a box of mamon from “Red Ribbon Bakeshop” and i simply fall in love with it at first bite. It was so soft that it simply melts in your mouth. We have improvised the recipe to make it more creamy and cheesy. This is why we named it “Special Mamon”. Hope you’d like it too.
