The response so far on our lamingtons has been promising since it was introduced slightly more than a month ago. We have received quite a number of requests to have the lamingtons in the size of whole cake so that it can be used as birthday cake or anniversary cake. Personally, I find it unusual to have lamington in "giant" size hence we came out with an idea of a tower (see below). You may have it in assorted flavors (custard, mint and lemon) or solo flavor upon request.
