We make mistakes too!!

I posted a note in FB about 2 weeks ago with the above subject and the response or feedback we received so far are rather encouraging. A Big Thank you!! The note says:-

"I am lying if I tell you Mr.Baker has never made mistakes and that we have not had a single unsatisfied customer over the past 3 years of business. The fact is we do make mistakes for example, overlooked of customer's order, late delivery, unfriendly sales attendant or even giving wrong order to customers. However, through these mistakes, we learn to improve our cake ordering system, better customer service and time management".

"I am particularly glad to see that some of the "unsatisfied" customers in the past are now regular customers of Mr.Baker and guess what, some have even become my close friends. The message I would like to bring across here is that Mr.Baker listens to customers feedback and we are very open to any suggestions you may have. If you think there are areas that we should improve on in order to serve you better, please do let us know.
