When we had a 30% discount promotion on this cake 2 years ago in celebration of Mother's Day we received quite a number of orders which we had to work through sleepless nights just to complete the vanilla sponge. Since then, our fresh fruit vanilla becomes the signature cake of Mr.Baker and the most ordered cake particularly during special occasions.
It is essentially made up of 4 layers of light vanilla sponge sandwiched with generous amount of diced fresh fruits and folded with special made cream.
