This is definitely no ordinary roll cakes. The fillings are a combination of three flavors ie. melted chocolate ganache, custard and light amount of shredded cheddar cheese. The roll cake itself is covered with light vanilla cream sprinkled with cocoa powder and strawberry toppings.
